Office Visits

Downtown office. By appointment.

Broward County apostille and notary services — downtown Fort Lauderdale office by appointment, mobile pickup countywide, in-person filing at the Florida Department of State.

Office Visits

The office.

300 SE 2nd St, Suite 600, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 — in the downtown core, blocks from the Broward County Courthouse and Las Olas, with easy access from I-95, US-1, and Broward Boulevard. Office visits are by appointment, which is exactly why they work so well: no waiting room, no line, a scheduled slot where our full attention is on your documents.

Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, Saturday 12 PM–5 PM (closed Sunday). Booking is a two-minute phone call to (754) 354-7979 — same-day and next-day appointments are typically available, and we confirm every request within one business hour.

Office Visits

What happens at your appointment.

We review each document with you at the desk: certification seals, notarization completeness, whether the document type qualifies for a Florida apostille at all. If something's wrong, you find out in minutes — with exact instructions for the fix — instead of weeks later by returned mail.

Documents that need notarization get notarized on the spot; you sign before our notary and the document leaves apostille-ready. Payment (card, Zelle, or cash) is collected at handoff, you get a receipt with your timeline, and we call the moment your apostilled documents are back for pickup.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do I book an appointment?

Call (754) 354-7979 or submit the request form online — we confirm within one business hour. Same-day and next-day slots are typically available Monday through Saturday.

What should I bring?

The documents, a government-issued photo ID, and — if a document still needs to be signed and notarized — leave it unsigned and sign at the office before our notary.

Is there parking downtown?

Yes — garage and street parking within a short walk of 300 SE 2nd St, plus metered spots along the surrounding blocks. We'll include parking guidance with your appointment confirmation.

Can someone drop off documents on my behalf?

Yes — a family member, assistant, or courier can attend the appointment with your documents. For notarizations, the signer must appear personally; for everything else, any trusted person works.

What if I can't make it downtown?

That's what mobile pickup is for — we come to your home or office anywhere in Broward County, on the same pricing. Most clients with tight schedules use it.
